摘　　要：以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能为学术写作带来了机遇与挑战。然而,少有实证研究关注大学生在学术研究中如何使用生成式人工智能。本研究以Z大学教育学专业34名大二学生为对象,探讨他们在学术写作中如何使用ChatGPT工具,以及该工具助力学术写作的表现。研究发现:1)本科生主要使用ChatGPT锤炼语言、确定选题、制定方案、获取信息、梳理文献和开展评价;2)学生对ChatGPT同一功能的评价存在差异,这些评价并非仅仅基于ChatGPT的功能特点,而是包含其对人的能力发展及情绪的影响等因素的考量;3)和教师点评相比,ChatGPT生成的点评具有“多用陈述句、多用表扬、泛化、平庸、无法动态调整话题和迎合”等特点,学生认为教师的点评更有针对性和启发性。本研究基于本科生和生成式人工智能的互动实践评估该工具的价值和局限,可为高等学校制定相关政策和推进实践提供依据。Generative AI like ChatGPT is used in academic writing,and there is still limited empirical research on how undergraduates utilize it in their academic research.To address this gap,this study explored how ChatGPT 3.5 was used for academic writing and its tool’s effectiveness with 34 second-year students majoring in Education at Z University.The study discovered that the students primarily used ChatGPT for tasks such as refining language,determining topics,developing research ideas,gathering information,conducting literature reviews,and offering evaluation.The study also found student’s evaluations of ChatGPT varied not only in its technical features,but also in its impact on personal development and emotions aspects.Additionally,compared to teachers’feedback,ChatGPT’feedback was characterized by frequent use of declarative sentences,praise,generalization,mediocrity,inability to dynamically adjust topics,and pandering.Students found teachers’feedback more targeted and inspiring.Findings of the study provide insights of utilizing generative AI for learning and instruction,and implications for developing the relevant policies for its applications in higher education.
