摘 要:目前电磁辐射污染的问题引起了极大的关注,亟需制备性能优异的电磁波吸收材料。针对个体防护方面,研究吸波、压力传感、电加热及储能一体化的多功能复合织物对柔性可穿戴及服装智能化具有重要意义。以涤棉织物为柔性基底,以PPy、rGO为功能粒子,采用化学还原法及原位聚合法制备了PPy/rGO复合柔性织物。主要探究了Py浓度对其吸波性能、介电性能、导电性能、电化学性能、压阻性能及电热性能的影响。结果表明:当Py浓度为0.4 mol/L时,复合织物在频率为15.60 GHz处最小反射损耗(RL_(min))为-6.62 dB,表面电阻值为127.8Ω,电加热最大温度为46.36℃,具有最佳的吸波、导电和电热性能。当Py浓度为0.2 mol/L时,灵敏度为6.09 kPa^(-1),压阻传感性能最佳。当Py浓度为0.6 mol/L时,质量比电容为45.91 F/g,电化学性能最佳。At present,the problem of electromagnetic radiation pollution has attracted great attention,and there is an urgent need to prepare electromagnetic wave-absorbing materials with excellent performance.For individual protection,the study of multi-functional composite fabrics integrating wave absorption,pressure sensing,electric heating and energy storage is of great significance for flexible wearability and clothing intelligence.In this paper,polyester/cotton fabrics were taken as flexible substrates and PPy and rGO as functional particles,PPy/rGO composite flexible fabrics were prepared by chemical reduction and in-situ polymerization methods.The effects of Py concentration on its wave-absorbing,dielectric,conductive,electrochemical,piezoresistive and electrothermal performance were mainly investigated.The results showed that when the concentration of Py was 0.4mol/L,the composite fabric had the minimum reflection loss(RLmin) of-6.62 dB at the frequency of 15.60GHz,the surface resistance value was 127.8 Ω,and the maximum temperature of electrothermal heating was 46.36℃,the composite fabric had the best wave-absorbing,conductive and electrothermal performance.When the Py concentration was 0.2 mol/L and the sensitivity was 6.09 kPa^(-1),the piezoresistive sensing performance was best.When the Py concentration was 0.6 mol/L,the mass-specific capacitance was 45.91 F/g,the electrochemical performance was best.
