摘 要:本文旨在研究不同浓度NaOH溶液和硅烷偶联剂对涤纶单丝和织物表面改性的效果。在此过程中,我们选用涤纶纤维作为增强材料,以环氧树脂为基体,采用真空灌注成型技术作为制备工艺,以实现复合材料的优化制备。通过系统的实验探究,我们深入探究了碱处理以及硅烷偶联剂表面改性对纤维性能所产生的具体影响。除此之外,为确保涤纶纤维复合材料的品质,我们还对其拉伸性能实施了详尽而严谨的测试。系统评估了不同浓度的NaOH溶液以及硅烷偶联剂处理对涤纶纤维表面改性后复合材料性能的具体影响。通过对比实验与详尽的数据分析,力求为涤纶纤维复合材料的制备与应用提供科学、精准的指导。This paper aims to investigate the effects of different concentrations of NaOH solution and silane coupling agent on the surface modification of polyester monofilament and fabric.In this process,polyester fiber was selected as the reinforcing material,phenolic resin as the matrix,and vacuum injection molding technology as the preparation process in order to achieve the optimized preparation of composite materials.Through systematic experimental exploration,the specific effects of alkali treatment and surface modification with silane coupling agents on the fiber properties were deeply explored.In addition,to ensure the quality of polyester fiber composite materials,the detailed and rigorous tests on their tensile properties were conducted,and the specific effects of different concentrations of NaOH solution and silane coupling agent treatment on the properties of composite materials after surface modification of polyester fibers were systematically evaluated.Through comparative experiments and detailed data analysis,the scientific and accurate guidance for the preparation and application of polyester fiber composite materials was put forward.
