摘 要:将氧化石墨烯(GO)与碳纳米管(CNTs)在去离子水中混合,通过超声处理得到分散均匀的氧化石墨烯-碳纳米管(GO-CNTs)分散液。比较了纯WPU膜、GO改性WPU膜、CNTs改性WPU膜以及GO-CNTs改性WPU膜的性能,选取了最佳改性材料,再通过将不同质量分数GO-CNTs分散液与WPU共混,研究不同添加量对复合膜热学、力学、电学及防水透湿性能的影响,采用SEM、FTIR、水接触角和TG等方法对膜的结构和性能进行表征,并探究了添加GO前后蓄热性、抗菌性的变化。结果表明:当GO-CNTs添加的质量分数为0.6%时,复合膜的综合性能最佳,接触角为42.3°,顶破强力为38 N,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为5.6 MPa、280%,电阻为49 GΩ,耐静水压为14750 mmH_(2)O,透湿率为2110 g/m^(2)·24 h,防水透湿性较好,可以应用于防水透湿织物,经改性膜贴合后织物的蓄热温度提升了13.7℃,抗静电性及抗菌性提升。Graphene oxide(GO)was mixed with carbon nanotubes(CNTs)in deionized water to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes(GO-CNTs)dispersion by ultrasonic treatment.In this paper,the properties of pure WPU membrane,GO modified WPU membrane,CNTs modified WPU membrane and GO-CNTs modified WPU membrane were compared,the best modified materials were selected,and then the effects of different dosages on the thermal,mechanical,electrical and waterproof properties and moisture permeability of the composite membrane were studied by blending the WPU with GO-CNTs dispersion with different mass fractions.The structure and properties of the membrane were characterized by SEM,FTIR,water contact angle and TG,and the changes of heat storage and antibacterial properties before and after GO addition were explored.The results showed that when the mass fraction added by GO-CNTs was 0.6%,the composite membrane had the best comprehensive properties,the contact angle was 42.3°,the top breaking strength was 38N,the tensile strength and elongation at break were 5.6MPa and 280%respectively,the resistance was 49GΩ,the hydrostatic pressure resistance was 14750mmH_(2)O,the moisture permeability was 2110g/m^(2)·24h,the waterproof and moisture permeability was relatively better and it could be applied to waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics.After the modified membrane was bonded,the heat storage temperature of the fabric increased by 13.7℃,and the antistatic and antibacterial properties were improved.
