摘 要:机场不停航施工通常会遇到净空要求严、作业时间短、对作业面平整度要求高等问题,本文以某软基机场跑道延长线为例,开展不停航施工条件下深厚软基处理方案研究。首先,总结分析了一期跑道的软基处理方案和勘察、监测及试验等成果,在此基础上,结合本场区的地层特性和软土参数的差异性,获得了本期软基处理设计的物理力学特性参数。其次,针对本场区存在深厚软土、不停航施工和净空限制等复杂条件,提出了直排式真空预压的地基处理方案;并针对软土上部土石混合料填筑层难以密封的问题,首次提出了自凝灰密封墙新技术,确保了设计要求的膜下真空压力。最后,采用PLAXIS软件对处理后的典型断面进行了沉降复核分析。截至目前,机场延长线已运行3年,沉降满足设计要求,该方案可为类似工程提供技术借鉴。Airport non-stop construction usually encounters problems of strict clearance requirements,short operation time and high flatness requirements for the work surface.Taking the runway extension line of a soft soil foundation airport as a case study,this paper studies the treatment scheme of deep soft soil foundation under non-stop construction.Firstly,the soft soil foundation treatment scheme,survey,monitoring and test data of the runway in the early stage were summarized and analyzed.On this basis,combined with the formation characteristics of the field area and the difference of soft soil parameters,the physical and mechanical parameters of the soft soil foundation treatment design in this period were obtained.Secondly,in view of the complex conditions such as deep soft soil,non-stop construction and clearance limitation,a foundation treatment scheme of straight-line vacuum preloading was proposed.To address the issue of sealing the upper soil-rock mixed fill layer on the soft soil,a novel self-curing ash sealing wall technology was introduced to ensure the required vacuum pressure beneath the membrane.Finally,the settlement review analysis of the treated section was carried out by PLAXIS software.Up to now,the airport extension line has been running for three years,the settlement meets the design requirements.This scheme can provide technical reference for similar projects.
