摘  要:生态环境应急监测在生态环境应急处置中发挥了重要的作用。从区域情况调查、建立应急专家组、建立区域联动机制等三方面构建应急监测体系。包括交通设施分布情况调查、敏感目标分布调查、区域监测机构和人员调查、应急专家组作用与职能、应急专家组人员选择、系统内相关部门联动、不同部门间联动等方面构建应急监测体系.Emergency monitoring of ecological environment has played an important role in emergency disposal of ecological environment.The emergency monitoring system is developed from three aspects:regional situation investigation,establishment of emergency expert group and establishment of regional linkage mechanism.This system should also include traffic facilities distribution survey,sensitive target distribution survey,regional monitoring institutions and personnel survey,the role and function of emergency expert group,the selection of emergency expert group personnel,the coordination between relevant departments in the system,and coordination between different departments.
