摘 要:近年来,应急救援和处置任务范围迅速拓展,遍及“能想到和想不到”的各个领域,消防救援队伍在岗位练兵、技能训练和考核评比等方面做了很多有益探索,但从训练质效看,特别是救援行动效能、救援技术运用和安全管控水平等方面看,尚需要进一步强化和提高。例如,确保低温等极端条件下的救援效率和行动安全,就是一个新的关键点,因此,本文旨在探索救援人员的冷习服能力与训练的相关性。In recent years,the scope of emergency rescue and disposal tasks has expanded rapidly,covering all"expected and unexpected"fields,and the fire rescue teams has done a lot of useful exploration in on-post training,skills training and assessment.However,if seen from the perspective of training quality and effectiveness,especially the effectiveness of rescue operations,the application of rescue technology and the level of safety management and control needs to be further strengthened and improved.For example,it is a new key point to ensure the rescue efficiency and operation safety under extreme conditions such as low temperature.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the correlation between the cold acclimatization ability and training of rescuers.
