摘 要:电动汽车和分布式光伏在配电网的接入率逐年增大,但功率的随机特征会给配电网的电压调控带来重大影响。基于电动汽车和分布式光伏的出力及无功调节能力分析,研究电动汽车和光伏并网对配电网电压的影响机理,并提出同时考虑电动汽车和分布式光伏无功调节能力的电压主动调控方案。根据预测负荷及光伏、电动汽车的预测功率计算出下一时段的电压情况,按照经济灵敏度的顺序选择调压手段。建立含电动汽车接入的配电网仿真实例,通过各方案的调压效果研究表明了所提电压调控模型具有的优势。The access rate of electric vehicles and distributed photovoltaics in the distribution network was increased year by year,but the randomness of their power would brought great influence to the voltage regulation of distribution network.Based on the analysis of the power characteristics and reactive power regulation ability of electric vehicles and distributed photovoltaic,the influence principle of electric vehicle and photovoltaic grid connection on the voltage of distribution network were studied,and the voltage active regulation model considering both EV and PV reactive power regulation capability was established,the voltage adjustment amount of the next time was calculated according to the predicted load and the predicted power of photovoltaic and electric vehicles,and select the mean of voltage regulating according to the order of economic sensitivity.A simulation example of voltage regulation in distribution network with electric vehicle accessed was established,and through the effect of pressure regulation of the voltage regulation strategy,the superiority of the voltage regulation strategy in this paper is verified.
