摘  要:在社会信息化、文化多元化、经济全球化、世界多极化背景下,“一带一路”倡议的科学推进为中国文化对外传播事业的创新发展提供了宝贵机遇。该倡议对于促进文化交流、弘扬中国传统价值观、促进经济增长具有重要价值。为了与“一带一路”倡议相契合,相关部门应采取以传播主体为重点,实现中国文化的有效传播;以文化产品为抓手,实现中国文化的精准传播;以经济效能为导向,实现中国文化的协同传播等策略,推动中国文化走向世界,增强国际影响力。In the context of social informatization,cultural diversity,economic globalization and world multipolarization,the scientific promotion of the"the Belt and Road"initiative has provided a valuable opportunity for the innovative development of Chinese cultural external communication.This initiative has important value in promoting cultural exchange,promoting traditional Chinese values,and promoting economic growth.In order to fit in with the"the Belt and Road"initiative,relevant departments should focus on the main body of communication to achieve the effective dissemination of Chinese culture;use cultural products as a lever to achieve precise dissemination of Chinese culture;take economic efficiency as the guide,realize the coordinated communication of Chinese culture and other strategies,so as to promote Chinese culture to the world and enhance its international influence.
