摘 要:局域共振型声学超材料能够形成低频局域共振带隙,控制弹性波传输,为实现结构减振降噪提出了新的思路。针对局域共振单元的阻尼对弹性波带隙的影响,设计阻尼可调的局域共振梁,进行数值计算及试验分析。提出通过外接分流电路与惯性作动器串联,实现阻尼可调的振子单元,并分析分流电路参数与阻尼之间的关系;最后引入负电阻分流电路实现对分流惯性作动器阻尼的调节,并拓展局域共振梁的带宽。数值计算和试验分析结果表明,局域共振梁存在最佳阻尼比范围。当惯性作动器等质量时,分流电路总电阻在1.535 2~5.571 1Ω内取值,带隙宽度达到最大;当相邻惯性作动器质量间隔为5 g时,总电阻在1.476 9~3.257 7Ω内取值,带宽达到最大;当质量间隔为10 g时,总电阻在0.986 2~2.046 9Ω内取值,带宽达到最大。Locally resonant acoustic metamaterial can form low-frequency locally resonant band gaps and control elastic wave transmission,which provides a new idea for structural vibration and noise suppression.Aiming at investigating the influence of the damping of locally resonant elements on the band gap of elastic wave,locally resonant beams with tunable damping were designed,and the numerical calculation and experimental analysis were carried out.In order to realize tunable damping local resonators,an external shunted circuit was connected to the inertial actuator.The numerical relationships between the parameters of the shunted circuit and the damping were analyzed.Finally,the negative resistance shunted circuit was introduced to tune the damping of the shunted inertial actuators,and expand the bandwidth of the locally resonant beam.The results of numerical calculation and experimental analysis show that there is an optimal damping ratio range for the locally resonant beam.When the masses of inertia actuators are equal,the total resistance of shunted circuits ranges from 1.5352-5.5711Ω,and the bandwidth reaches the maximum.When the mass interval of adjacent inertial actuators is 5 g,the total resistance ranges from 1.4769-3.2577Ω,and the bandwidth reaches the maximum.When the mass interval is 10 g,the total resistance ranges from 0.9862-2.0469Ω,and the bandwidth reaches the maximum.
