摘 要:胸膜疾病是临床上常见的疾病之一,其诊治仍存在一些难点,比如诊断的准确性有待提高、治疗难度大且容易复发等,给临床带来挑战。近年来,超声在胸膜疾病诊治领域的运用日益增多,从仅用于胸腔积液的发现与定位,到现在逐渐推广到临床胸腔操作的引导、临床疗效的预测与临床治疗的指导,在一定程度上影响了胸膜疾病的诊疗模式。本文就超声在胸膜疾病诊治中的临床应用进展进行综述,分析超声在胸膜疾病诊治方面的应用,探讨其优点和不足,以期为临床胸膜疾病的诊治提供新的思路和方法。Pleural disease is one of the common clinical diseases,due to some difficulties in diagnosis and treatment,such as the diagnostic accuracy,difficulty in treatment,and the high recurrence rate,it often pose challenges on clinical practice.In recent years,the utility of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases is increasing.It has gradually expanded from the discovery and positioning of pleural effusion to the guidance of clinical pleural operations,the prediction of clinical efficacy,and the guidance of clinical treatment,which has influenced the diagnosis and treatment mode of pleural diseases to some extent.This article reviews the clinical application of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases,analyzes its clinical progress,discusses its advantages and disadvantages,and provides new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pleural diseases.
