摘  要:高压直流输电工程是保障我国经济稳定发展的坚实基础,作为特高压换流站内关键运行设备的大型换流变压器,其装置内部一旦发生火灾,变压器内储存的大量特种油品会迅速发生燃烧,并严重影响电网的稳定运行,短时间内即可导致重大经济损失。分析大型换流变压器火灾风险和灭火剂选择策略,提出利用微细结构压缩空气泡沫灭火系统灭火,并通过模拟火灾冷喷试验和真火试验,确定粒径为100~200μm区间内的微细结构压缩空气泡沫灭火系统,可实现对大型换流变压器初期火势的有效压制,最大限度降低火灾带来的经济损失。The high-voltage direct current transmission project lay a solid foundation for the stable development of China’s economy.The large converter transformer plays a key operating equipment in the converter station.Once a fire occurs inside the device,the large quantity of oil stored inside the transformer will burn rapidly,resulting in major economic losses in a short time,and seriously affecting the stable operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the fire risk of large converter transformers and the fire extinguishing agent selection strategy,proposes the use of the micro-structure compressed air foam fire extinguishing system in firefighting.The simulation results of spray cooling experiment and real fire test show that the high-precision compressed air foam system with particle size in the range of 100~200μm can effectively suppress the initial fire of large converter transformers,minimize the economic loss caused by the fire.
