摘　　要：学科建设是高校建设与发展的核心内容,人才培养则是高校的根本任务,新时代公安工作高质量发展和现代化建设,对公安技术人才培养提出了更高要求。针对学校公安技术学科建设的实际情况,运用SWOT模型分析了其在人才培养方面的优势、劣势及所面临的机遇和挑战。在改造升级传统工科教育模式基础上,从构建跨学科人才培养体系、发展跨学科师资队伍、建设跨学科创新平台等方面提出了加强公安技术学科人才培养的实践路径。Discipline construction is the core content of university construction and development,and talent cultiva⁃tion is the fundamental task of universities.The high-quality development and modernization of police work in the new era have put forward higher requirements for the training of police technical talent.Based on the present situa⁃tion of the construction of public security technical discipline,SWOT analysis model is used to analyze its internal advantages and opportunities and challenges in talent cultivation.On this basis,this paper proposes upgrading the traditional engineering education model and a practical exploration path for strengthening the cultivating of police technical talents in terms of constructing an interdisciplinary talent cultivation system,developing interdisciplinary teaching staff,and building interdisciplinary innovation platforms after.
