摘  要:“双万计划”是推动我国高等教育内涵式发展的重大战略,在该计划的三轮评选中,有20所公安本科院校一共获批78个国家级一流本科专业建设点,涵盖23个专业类别。其中,公安部直属院校获批的建设点数量多,传统公安专业和特色优势专业获批的概率相对大,揭示了公安院校专业发展呈现出同质化和差异化并存的基本特征。公安院校应着力从课程体系架构、专业服务实战能力建设、学科交叉融合、评价指标体系完善、双师型师资队伍建设等方面入手,大力推进国家级一流本科专业建设点建设,并瞄准公安行业重大需求,统筹兼顾其他专业,实现专业建设内涵式发展。The“Double Ten Thousand Plan”is a major strategy to promote the in-depth development of higher education.In the three rounds of evaluation of the plan,a total of 78 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites in 20 public security academies in China have been approved,covering 23 majors.In terms of distribution,universities affiliated to the Ministry of Public Security have more construction sites,as their tradition and characteristic advantages in some public security majors have a higher approval probability,revealing the basic features of the coexistence of homogeneity and differentiation in the development of such majors.Public security academies should focus on the construction of national first-class undergraduate majors in terms of curriculum system architecture,professional capabilities for practical operations,interdisciplinary integration,improvement of evaluation index system,and construction of dual teacher team.The focus should also be paid to the professional demands of public security with a holistic approach of coordinating all related majors to realize the in-depth develop⁃ment of professional construction.
