摘　　要：运用逻辑分析、实地考察等方法,探析县域体育社会组织助力乡村体育振兴的意义、行为逻辑和组织网络,并提出实践路径。意义:推进乡村体育振兴,实现城乡融合发展;变革治理模式,推动体育资源下沉基层;重塑农民主体性,回应多元发展诉求。行为逻辑:枢纽型遵循行政逻辑,专业型遵循市场逻辑,内生型遵循社会逻辑。组织网络:枢纽型为“中枢”,专业型为“动脉”,内生型为“毛细血管”。实践路径:理顺组织关系,明确角色和功能定位;完善外部治理,实现赋权增能;健全内部治理,加强自身建设;激发农民主体,重塑农民主体性。By using the methods of logical analysis and field investigation,this article explored the significance behavioral logic and organizational network of county sports social organizations in assisting rural sports revitalization,and proposed practical paths.Significance:It promotes the revitalization of rural sports and achieves the integrated development of urban and rural areas.It changes the governance model and promotes sports resources to sink to the grassroots.It reshapes farmers'subjectivity and responds to diversified development demands.Behavioral logic:The hub type follows administrative logic,the professional type follows market logic,and the endogenous type follows social logic.Organizational network:The hub type is"center",the professional type is"artery",and the endogenous type is"capillary".Practical path:We should straighten out the relationship between the organizations to clarify the role and function orientation,improve external governance to achieve empowerment,improve internal governance to strengthen self construction,and stimulate the farmer subject to reshape their subjectivity.
