摘　　要：运用文献资料、半结构化访谈、案例分析和田野考察等方法,探究新乡贤驱动体育助力乡村振兴的价值、图景,并提出路径。价值:弥合资源差距,助力城乡融合发展;强化自身认同,传承乡村精神文明;遏制人才流失,加强乡村基层队伍建设。图景:释放赛事活力,实现乡村产业转型升级;发挥乡贤才智,打造综合性乡村人才智库;深耕地方特色,打造文化与体育共融平台;实现赋权于民,构建政社共治乡村治理模式。路径:发展多元化的乡村体育产业,建立全面的体育人才培养机制,落实文化体育交融的社会实践,构建体育为纽带的乡村治理体系。By using the methods of literature review,semi-structured interview,case analysis andfield investigation,this paper explored the value and prospect of the new rural elites driving sports to help rural revitalization,and put forward the path.Value:It bridges the resource gap to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,strengthens its own identity to inherit rural spiritual civilization,and curbs talent loss to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots teams.Prospect:It should release the vitality of the event to realize the transformation and upgrading of rural industries,give full play to rural talents to build a comprehensive rural talent pool,deeply cultivate local characteristics to build a platform for the integration of culture and sports,and empower the people to build a rural governance model of co-governance by the government and the community.Path:We should develop diversified rural sports industry,establish a comprehensive sports personnel training mechanism,implement the social practice of culture and sports integration,and build a rural governance system with sports as the link.
