党建引领基层体育数字化治理的逻辑与路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,探讨党建引领基层体育数字化治理的价值、逻辑,并提出治理路径。价值:政治优势指明治理方向,组织优势凝聚治理力量,服务优势提升治理水平。治理逻辑:党建引领治理结构调整,党建引领治理过程优化,党建引领治理功能提升。治理路径:打造多元共治的治理格局,推动技术与制度紧密衔接,数字技术助推精细化治理。By using the methods of literature review andfield research,this paper discussed the value and logic of the digital governance of grassroots sports led by party building,and put forward the governance path.Value:Political advantages indicate the direction of governance,organizational advantages condense governance forces,and service advantages enhance governance levels.Governance logic:Party building leads the adjustment of governance structure,Party building leads the optimization of governance process,and Party building leads the improvement of governance functions.Governance path:It should create a governance pattern of diversity and co-governance,promote the close connection of technology and system,and digital technology promote fine governance.
