摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,深入分析全产业链视角下户外运动产业转型升级内涵特征、困境,并提出路径。内涵特征:企业链智能协同,产品链融合优质,价值链高端增值,空间链绿色协调。困境:企业间智能协同模式待成型,融合优质服务产品供给不充分,高端增值服务产品结构待强化,业态项目布局绿色协调性欠佳。升级路径:优化企业发展环境,增强智能分工协作能力;规范产品供给质量,深化服务产品融合程度;推动户外用品高端生产,促进服务品牌增值;注重项目布局绿色协调,补齐公共设施短板。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper deeply analyzed the connotation,characteristics and difficulties of the transformation and upgrading of outdoor sports industry from the perspective of the whole industry chain,and put forward the path.Connotation characteristics:They are intelligent collaboration in the enterprise chain,high-quality product chain integration,high-end value-added value chain,and green coordination in the spatial chain.Dilemma:The intelligent cooperation model among enterprises needs to be formed,the supply of integrated high-quality service products is insufficient,the structure of high-end value-added service products needs to be strengthened,and the green coordination of the layout of business projects is poor.Upgrading path:We should optimize the environment for enterprise development to enhance the ability of intelligent division of labor and cooperation,standardize the quality of product supply to deepen the degree of integration of service products,promote the high-end production of outdoor goods to promote the value-added of service brands,and pay attention to the green coordination of project layout to make up for the shortcomings of public facilities.
