摘　　要：目的:探究长三角地区医疗服务价格网络结构特征,为长三角地区医疗服务价格协同治理提供新的管理视角.方法:以长三角地区相关医保局为节点研究对象,基于社会网络分析方法,从网络密度及关联性、个体中心性和块模型角度分析价格联动网络结构特征.结果:第一,价格网络紧密程度低,稳定性差;第二,价格网络不均衡突出,不同医保局扮演角色不同;第三,价格网络板块空间聚集性明显,且存在空间溢出性.结论:医疗服务价格联动网络整体态势不容乐观,应充分整合网络优势,促进长三角地区医疗服务价格协同发展.Objective:To explore the structural characteristics of the medical service price network in the Yangtze River Delta,and provide a new management perspective for the collaborative governance of medical service prices in the Yangtze River Delta.Methods:Taking the related medical security bureaus of some core cities in the Yangtze River Delta as samples,based on the social network analysis method,the structural characteristics of price linkage network are analyzed from the perspectives of network density and correlation,individual centrality and block model analysis.Results:Firstly,the price network is not tight and has poor stability;secondly,the price network is unbalanced,with the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau playing different roles;thirdly,the price network has obvious spatial aggregation and spatial spillover.Conclusion:The overall situation of the medical service price linkage network is not optimistic,and the network advantages should be fully integrated to promote the coordinated development of medical service prices in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
