摘 要:光伏玻璃是光伏电池组件封装的关键材料,透过率是影响太阳能光伏电池转换效能的重要因素,光伏玻璃具有较高的透过率要求,以实现电池组件高效的光电转化。从光伏玻璃提高透过率原理及方法出发,主要阐述通过改变现有料方,对合理引入氧化铈,发挥有效的氧化性、控制玻璃色度进行了实验。实验结果表明新型复合澄清剂料方极大地提高透过率,尤其对于长波段900~1100nm效果更为显著,为以后的生产提供了宝贵依据。Photovoltaic glass is the crucial material for encapsulation of photovoltaic module.Transmittance is an important factor affecting the conversion efficiency of solar photovoltaic cells.Photovoltaic glass need to have high light transmittance in order to realize efficient photoelectric conversion of battery modules.This paper discusses the principle and method of increasing the transmittance of ultra clear glass.This paper mainly describes the experiment of using cerium oxide reasonably to exert effective oxidation and control glass chroma by changing the existing material side.The experimental results show that the new compound clarifier can greatly improve the transmittance,especially for the long-wave band of 900~1100 nm,which provides a very valuable basis for the future production.
