摘 要:针对光伏玻璃熔化过程中普遍存在的气泡问题进行深入探讨。通过对熔化工艺流程的梳理,明确了光伏玻璃独有的物理特性,进而分析了气泡成因,重点研究了气泡对光伏性能、玻璃质量的影响。识别了原材料选择、炉内环境控制及操作技术等因素对气泡生成的影响。基于此提出了有效的气泡消除方法,包括原材料处理的优化、熔化工艺的改进和炉内氛围的精准控制等。通过综合措施的应用,能显著提高光伏玻璃的整体品质。This study discusses in depth the common bubble issues during the melting process of photovoltaic glass.By analyzing the process of melting,the unique physical characteristics of photovoltaic glass are clarified,and the causes of bubbles are analyzed.The study focuses on the impact of bubbles on photovoltaic performance and glass quality.Factors such as material selection,furnace environment control,and operational techniques that contribute to bubble formation are identified.Based on these findings,effective methods for bubble elimination are proposed,including optimization of material treatment,improvement of melting processes,and precise control of the furnace atmosphere.The application of comprehensive measures can significantly improve the overall quality of photovoltaic glass.
