摘 要:受工程地质条件、设计施工技术和运营养护水平等因素的影响,我国早期修建的公路隧道大多存在不同形式的缺陷,公路隧道衬砌病害问题日益突出。衬砌空洞作为衬砌病害的主要表现形式之一,严重地威胁着隧道的安全和稳定性。针对典型隧道衬砌空洞病害,以武山隧道工程为例,采用室内缩尺度模型试验的方法,针对隧道运营过程中常见的衬砌背后空洞病害,综合考虑衬砌混凝土与内筋组合结构的力学特性,研究了运营期地应力条件下衬砌背后不同位置、不同深度和不同长度空洞对隧道衬砌结构应力行为的影响。研究结果表明:武山隧道衬砌空洞病害主要分布在拱顶处,空洞出现的原因主要是混凝土随着使用年限的增长发生老化以及施工处局部存在质量缺陷;衬砌背后拱顶处空洞对衬砌结构应力状态的影响大于其他位置;衬砌背后空洞的深度和长度的增加均会导致空洞处衬砌内壁应力的增加,而其他位置应力变化较小。Affected by engineering geological conditions,design and construction technology and operation and maintenance level,most of the early highway tunnels in China have different forms of defects.The problem of highway tunnel lining diseases is becoming increasingly prominent.As the main manifestation of lining diseases,lining cavities seriously threaten the safety and stability of tunnels.Therefore,aiming at the typical tunnel lining cavity disease,this paper takes Wushan tunnel project as an example.In view of the mechanical characteristics of the tunnel lining structure in the process of shrinkage reinforcement and common tunnel lining diseases,the comprehensive test method was adopted.The stress behavior of tunnel lining structure under the influence of cavities at different positions,depths and lengths behind the lining under in-situ stress during operation period was studied.The results show that the lining cavity diseases of Wushan tunnel are mainly distributed at the vault.The main reasons for the occurrence of voids are the aging of concrete with the increase of service life and the defects of local construction quality.The influence of the arch crown and empty roof behind the lining on the stress state of the lining structure is greater than that at other positions.The increase of the depth and length of the cavity behind the lining will lead to the increase of lining inner wall stress at the cavity,while the change of other positions is small.
