摘 要:在氮负荷为0.4~1.2 kg/(m^(3)·d)和高低COD/NO_(3)^(-)-N(3~2)条件下运行2个完全相同的USB反应器(R1无载体,R2以聚乙烯醇凝胶为载体),以探究添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)凝胶载体对短程反硝化(PD)过程中NO_(3)^(-)-N到NO_(2)^(-)-N的转化率(NTR)的影响,并对R1和R2中颗粒污泥物化及微生物菌群特征进行了对比分析。结果表明:(1)第58天时R1、R2 PD系统均启动成功,第82~96天时R2平均NTR(84.65%)大于R1(81.60%),R2最大NTR(94.85%)大于R1(92.47%);(2)第96天时R2颗粒污泥结构较R1更密实紧凑,表面微生物更加紧密、丰富;R1的污泥体积指数和胞外聚合物含量均高于R2,而PVA颗粒污泥的沉降性能明显优于R1;(3)高通量测序表明,R1与R2 PD颗粒污泥中Proteobacteria菌门占短程反硝化系统的主导地位;R2物种丰富度低但PD相关优势菌属丰度(20.81%)高于R1(18.41%),PVA载体的加入强化了功能菌的选择性富集。In the conditions of nitrogen load rate of 0.4-1.2 kg/(m^(3)·d)and high to low COD/NO~-_3-N(3-2),two identical up-flow reactors(R1 without carrier,R2 with polyvinyl alcohol pellets)were used to explore the effects of PVA-gel addition on the transformation process of NO~-_3-N to NO~-_2-N(NTR)during the partial denitrification(PD)process,and the physicochemical characteristics and microbial flora characteristics of granules in R1 and R2 were analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)The R1 and R2 PD systems start up successfully on the 58th day.The average NTR of R2(84.65%)is greater than that of R1(81.60%)during 82-96 d,and the maximum NTR of R2(94.85%)is greater than that of R1(92.47%);(2)The morphological characteristics and SEM show that structure of the granules in R2 is more dense and compact than that of R1,and the surface microorganisms are more compact and abundant than those in R1 at the 96th day.The sludge volume index and extracellular polymer substances of R1 granules are higher than those in R2,but the settling performance of PVA granules is obviously better than that in R1;(3)Microbial high throughput sequencing shows that Proteobacteria dominate the PD system;R2 granules have lower species richness but higher abundance of functional bacteria(20.81%)than R1(18.41%).PVA pellets enhance the selective enrichment of functional bacteria.
