摘 要:本文以沪杭甬改建工程钱塘江新建大桥加劲弦为施工实例,针对以往钢桁梁桥加劲弦施工重难点,开展异型加劲弦吊装、翻身、安装、合龙等关键施工技术研究,通过理论分析和现场试验研究开发了一套钢桁梁加劲弦施工工艺,为今后类似加劲弦安装施工提供了有价值的经验和技术研究。在异型加劲弦吊装、翻身工序中,通过结合设计软件建模,精确计算重心,设置吊点,降低了吊装、翻身安全风险。同时采用三维空间定位法提高加劲弦等构件的安装精度。最后采用温差原理调整、起落顶原理调整、千斤顶微调整三种合龙方式相互配合进行加劲弦的合龙工作,极大提高了施工效率。Taking the stiffening chord of the newly-built Qiantang River Bridge in the Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Reconstruction Project as an example,in view of the key and difficult points in the construction of stiffening chord of the steel truss bridge in the past,the key construction technology research on lifting,turning over,installation,closure and other key construction technologies of the special-shaped stiffening chord of the project was carried out.Through theoretical analysis and field test research,a set of steel truss stiffening chord construction technology was developed,providing valuable experience and technical research for the installation and construction of similar stiffening chord in the future.In the lifting and overturning processes of irregular stiffening strings,this article combined the design of software modeling during the research process,accurately calculated the center of gravity,sets lifting points,and reduced the safety risks of lifting and overturning.At the same time,the use of three-dimensional spatial positioning method has improved the installation accuracy of components such as stiffeners.Finally,three closure methods,namely temperature difference principle adjustment,lifting and landing principle adjustment,and jack micro adjustment,were used to cooperate in the closure of the stiffening string,the construction efficiency was greatly improved.
