盂肱关节软骨T_(1ρ)、T_(2)值与肩袖损伤的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的定量研究盂肱关节软骨T_(1ρ)、T_(2)值与肩袖损伤程度之间的相关性。方法前瞻性选取肩袖损伤患者及健康志愿者共149例,均行MRI常规肩关节序列及T_(1ρ)和T_(2)mapping序列扫描,对肩袖损伤程度进行分级,并测量盂肱关节软骨相应区域T_(1ρ)、T_(2)值,分析其关系。结果随着肩袖损伤的加重,盂肱关节软骨T_(1ρ)和T_(2)值也相应增加,不同的肩袖损伤分级之间关节软骨T_(1ρ)、T_(2)值的差异,有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论盂肱关节软骨损伤随肩袖损伤严重程度而加重,可通过分析盂肱关节软骨T_(1ρ)、T_(2)值评估肩袖损伤严重程度。Objective To quantitatively study the correlation between T_(1ρ)and T_(2)values of glenohumeral articular cartilage and the degree of rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 149 patients with rotator cuff injury and healthy volunteers were prospectively selected.All of them underwent MRI routine scanning and T_(1ρ)and T_(2)mapping sequences.The degree of rotator cuff injury was graded,and the T_(1ρ)and T_(2)values of glenohumeral articular cartilage were measured to analyze their relationship.Results With the development of rotator cuff injury grading,the T_(1ρ)and T_(2)values of glenohumeral articular cartilage increased.There were statistically significant differences in T_(1ρ)and T_(2)values of articular cartilage between the different grades of rotator cuff injury(P<0.001).Conclusion The injury of glenohumeral articular cartilage is aggravated with the severity of rotator cuff injury.The severity of rotator cuff injury can be evaluated by analyzing the T_(1ρ)and T_(2)values of glenohumeral articular cartilage.
