摘　　要：目的探究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者以ENA抗体、体液免疫检验的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者,以及同期到该公司合作医院进行健康体检的体检健康者,各40例,均进行ENA抗体、体液免疫检验,分析患者相关指标阳性率,以及免疫指标水平。结果SLE患者IgG、IgA、C3、C4、ENA抗体等指标阳性率比健康受检者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SLE患者IgG、IgM、IgA等免疫水平比健康受检者高,SLE患者C3、C4免疫水平比健康受检者低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床通过开展ENA抗体、体液免疫检验诊断SLE患者效果显著,能够直观的了解到患者免疫功能,以及相关指标阳性情况,便于医者对症进行治疗,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ENA antibody and humoral immunity test in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Selecting a total of 40 SLE patients from January 2021 to December 2022,as well as 40 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at our cooperative hospital during the same period,all underwent ENA antibody and humoral immune tests to analyze the positive rate of relevant indicators and the level of immune indicators in patients.Results The positive rates of IgG,IgA,C3,C4 and ENA antibodies in SLE patients were higher than those in healthy subjects,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The immune levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in SLE patients were higher than those in healthy subjects,while the immune levels of C3 and C4 in SLE patients were lower than those in healthy subjects,and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is effective to diagnose SLE patients by ENA antibody and humoral immunity test in clinic, which can intuitively understand the immune function of patients and the positive situation of related indexes, which is convenient for doctors to treat the symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.
