探讨在临床输血检验中应用卡式微柱凝胶试验的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析临床输血检验中卡式微柱凝胶试验的临床效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年12月本院80例输血治疗患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组与观察组分别实施低离子凝聚胺技术与卡式微柱凝胶试验检验,对比检验结果。结果观察组相容性交叉配血灵敏度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组比对照组不良反应发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中应用效果明显,不仅可以提升相容性交叉配血符合率,且有助于降低不良反应发生率,值得采纳。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cartridge micro column gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods From September 2022 to December 2023,80 patients receiving blood transfusion treatment in Tongji University Affiliated Shanghai Fourth People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group were respectively tested by low ion polyamine technology and cartridge micro column gel test,and the test results were compared.Results The compatibility cross matching sensitivity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cartridge micro column gel test in clinical blood transfusion test has obvious effect,which can not only improve the compatibility of cross matching,but also help to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worth adopting.
