摘 要:四川省凉山州牦牛坪稀土矿的浮选稀土磁选尾矿中含有较多的稀土矿物,REO品位平均在6%左右,杂质主要为萤石、重晶石。为了将该部分稀土矿物有效回收起来,对该矿进行了回收稀土实验研究,结果表明:根据浮选药剂的协同效应,针对给矿性质研发使用新的浮选组合药剂,用浮选的方法回收磁选尾矿中的稀土矿物,避免了微细粒级稀土矿物损失,获得了产率8.79%、REO品位65.52%的稀土精矿,闭路稀土回收率90.34%,浮选尾矿中稀土品位降至0.61%的良好指标。The magnetic separation tailings from flotation rare earth of the Maniuping rare earth mine in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province contain more rare earth minerals,the average REO grade is about 6%.The impurities are mainly fluorite and barite.In order to effectively recover this part of rare earth minerals,a rare earth recovery experiment was conducted on the mine.The results showed that based on the synergistic effect of flotation reagents,a new flotation combination reagent was developed and used according to the mineral properties.The results show that:Using flotation to recover rare earth minerals from strong magnetic tailings,the loss of micro-fine rare earth minerals is avoided,and a rare earth concentrate with yield of 8.79%and REO grade of 65.52%is obtained.The closed-circuit rare earth recovery rate is 90.34%,and the grade of rare earth in flotation tailings is reduced to 0.61%.
