摘 要:在动力堆乏燃料后处理化学试验阶段,由于设备选型、安装精度的差异,很难制定明确的酸传质平衡验收准则。为提升化学试验规范化水平进行了酸传质实验,测定了纯酸体系下的分配系数工程经验方程,在萃取平衡后水相硝酸浓度2.09mol/L时达到峰值0.223,并依据经验方程建立了PUREX流程化学试验简易传质应用模型,最终制定了适配的酸传质平衡验收准则。In the chemical experimentation stage of spent fuel reprocessing,it is difficult to establish clear acceptance criteria for acid transfer balance due to the difference of equipment selection and installation accuracy.In order to improve the standardization level of chemical experimentation,acid mass transfer experiments were carried out with the actual equipment of a nuclear chemical project,and the engineering empirical equation of the distribution coefficient under the pure acid system was determined,which reached a peak value of 0.223 when the concentration of aqueous phase nitric acid was 2.09 mol/L after extraction equilibrium.Based on the empirical equation,a simple mass transfer application model for chemical experimentation of PUREX process was established.Finally,the acceptance criterion of acid mass transfer balance suitable for a nuclear chemical project was developed.
