摘　　要：《药物合成反应》是药学专业的重要基础课程,传统的教学模式普遍以课堂讲授为主,教学方法及教学内容对于课程的学习具有较大的影响,加之该课程各章节内容之间缺乏明确的主线,经常出现学生学习难度大,学习效果不佳等问题。为了提高该课程的教学质量,培养高素质的药学专业人才,我们通过教学内容和教学方法两方面对课堂教学进行改革。教学成效表明,课程教学改革对激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力具有积极作用。Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis is an important foundation course in pharmacy.The traditional teaching mode is generally based on classroom lectures,the teaching methods and content have a significant impact on the learning of this course,and the lack of a clear thread between the content of the chapters of the course often makes it difficult and ineffective for students to learn.In order to improve the teaching quality of this course and to cultivate high quality pharmacy professionals,we reformed the classroom teaching through both teaching content and teaching methods.The teaching results show that the teaching reform has a positive effect on stimulating students'interest in learning and developing their ability to identify,analyze and solve problems.
