某工业地块土壤污染状况初步调查研究

摘　　要：珠三角地区某皮革制品厂地块已停产拆除,地块的未来利用规划属于二类工业用地。为了保障地块安全再开发利用,对该地块开展土壤污染状况调查研究。第一阶段的调查结果显示,地块存在工业生产活动,需进行第二阶段现场采样分析。采用判断布点和网格布点相结合的原则,在地块内共布设了34个土壤监测点位、6个地下水监测点位,按采样技术规范采集土壤和地下水样品。检测结果表明检测的所有土壤指标含量均满足对应的土壤污染风险筛选值,地下水环境状况基本符合相应环境标准,无需开展土壤污染状况详细调查以及风险评估。The plot of a leather factory in the Pearl River Delta region has been dismantled,and the future utilization plan of this plot belongs to the second class industrial land.In order to ensure the environmental safety of the future redevelopment and utilization of this plot,an investigation of soil and groundwater pollution was carried out.Because of the industrial production activities in this plot,the second-stage sampling analysis was carried out.Base on field distribution principle,34 soil monitoring points and 6 groundwater monitoring points were arranged in the plot,and soil samples and groundwater samples were collected according to technical specifications.The results show that all soil indicators tested are lower than the risk screening values for soil contamination,and the groundwater environmental conditions basically meets the corresponding environmental standards,so there is no need to carry out detailed investigation and risk assessment of soil pollution.
