锁定加压钢板内固定与外固定支架治疗创伤四肢骨折对骨愈合的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨带锁定加压钢板与外固支架在肢体外伤后的疗效以及对骨折愈合情况的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月例福清市第二医院骨科住院的肢体外伤患者70例,采用随机数表法将其分成两组,对照组(35例)采用锁定加压钢板内固定手术治疗,研究组(35例)在对照组基础上联用外固定支架治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组Johner-Wruhs评分优良率高于对照组;同时研究组骨密度、骨钙素、骨碱性磷酸酶水平高于对照组,X线骨痂评分,术后肾上腺素、β-内啡肽、皮质醇水平,以及疼痛指数评分低于对照组,住院时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板内固定与外固定支架联合治疗在创伤四肢骨折患者康复中的应用效果较好,可加速其骨折的修复过程,改善骨骼状况,减轻外伤压力,减轻痛苦,改善恢复效果,实用性和安全性更高。Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plates and external fixation stents in the treatment of the fracture of traumatic limbs and their impacts of fracture healing.Methods 70 patients with trauma limb fracture from the orthopedic department of Fuqing Second Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group with random table method..The control group(35 cases)were treated with locking compression plate int ernal fixation surgery,and the research group(35 cas-es)were treated with external fixation stents based on the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent rate of Johner Wruhs score of the study group were higher than those of the control group.At the same time,the bone density,osteocalcin,and bone alkaline phosphatase levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group.X-ray callus score,postoperative adrenalineβ-The levels of endorphins,cortisol,and pain index were lower in the control group than those in the control group,and the hospital stay and fracture healing time were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of locking compression plates and external fixation stents have good effect in the recovery of the traumatic limb fracture,which can accelerate the fracture healing process,improve bone conditions,reduce trauma stress,alleviate pain,enhance recovery outcomes,and offer hig her practicality and safety.
