医院传染性疾病消毒隔离工作的预防操作控制管理

摘　　要：目的探讨预防操作控制管理在消毒隔离工作中预防医院传染性疾病的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2023年2月广西上林县妇幼保健院门急诊患者200例,依据医院传染性疾病预防方法分为预防操作控制管理组和常规消毒隔离管理组两组,每组各100例。结果预防操作控制管理组患者的水痘、手足口病、流感、腹泻、百日咳、猩红热、流行性腮腺炎和其他急性传染性疾病患病率均低于常规消毒隔离管理组,且掌握消毒隔离管理制度、构建完整的监控管理体系、管理门急诊室环境、规范医疗用品消毒隔离、规范护士操作流程、管理各种管路与一次性器械、处理医疗废物、应急处理突发传染性疾病合格率均高于常规消毒隔离管理组,消毒隔离工作依从性高于常规消毒隔离管理组,消毒隔离工作满意度高于常规消毒隔离管理组(P<0.05)。结论预防操作控制管理在消毒隔离工作中预防医院传染性疾病的效果较常规消毒隔离管理好。Objective To explore the effectiveness of preventive operation control management in preventing hospital infectious diseases during disinfection and isolation work.Methods 200 outpatient and emergency patients from February 2020 to February 2023 at the Women and Children’s Health Hospital of Shanglin County,Guangxi Province were retrospectively selected.According to the hospital’s infectious disease prevention methods,they were divided into two groups:the preventive operation control management group and the routine management group,with 100 cases in each group.Results The prevalence rates of Chickenpox,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,influenza,diarrhea,whooping cough,scarlet fever,and mumps,and other acute infectious diseases in the preventive operation control management group were lower than those in the routine management group.The mastery of disinfection and isolation management systems,establishment of a comprehensive monitoring and management system,management of the outpatient and emergency room environment,standardization of the disinfection and isolation of medical supplies,standardization of the nurse operation process,management of various tubes and disposable equipment,handling of medical waste,and emergency response to infectious disease outbreaks were higher in the preventive operation control management group than those in the routine management group.In the preventive operation control management group,the compliance of disinfection and isolation work was higher than that in the routine management group,and the satisfaction of disinfection and isolation work was higher than that in the routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of preventive operation control management in preventing hospital infectious diseases during disinfection and isolation work is better than that of conventional disinfection and isolation management(routine management).
