摘  要:以惠州抽水蓄能电站上库范家田水库为研究对象,运用MIKE模型与GIS技术,构建了小金河一维河网数学模型、惠城区二维水流数学模型以及一、二维耦合模型,分析了不同工况组合,评估了范家田水库下游惠城区的溃坝洪水风险,并绘制了淹没水深图、淹没历时图、到达时间图和淹没范围图,为惠州抽水蓄能电站溃坝洪水风险预报预警的决策提供了科学有力的支持。Taking Fanjiatian Reservoir in the upper reservoir of Huizhou pumped storage power station as the research object,the MIKE model and GIS technology are used to construct the one-dimensional mathematical model of Xiaojin River network,the two-dimensional mathematical model of water flow in Huicheng District and the coupling model of one and two dimensions.The combination of different working conditions is analyzed to evaluate the dam break flood risk in Huicheng District downstream of Fanjiatian Reservoir.The inundation depth map,inundation duration map,arrival time map and inundation range map are also drawn.It provides scientific and powerful support for the decision of dam break flood risk forecast and early warning in Huizhou pumped storage power station.
