摘 要:2020年和2021年东江遭遇连年干旱,加之咸潮影响,严重威胁深圳、东莞等地供水安全,为保障极端气候条件下深圳等东江三角洲地区供水安全,采用分期逆序递推法计算确定新丰江水库旱警水位,以2020—2021年枯水年为例,对比分析了设立旱警水位对东江流域下泄流量保障程度的改变。研究表明,设立旱警水位,合理优化调整水库运行方式,可提高东江博罗断面流量达标率,提高东江流域水资源调配能力及抗风险能力,提升东江三角洲地区供水安全保障程度。The Dongjiang River has been suffered continuous drought from 2020 to 2021.In addition,the salty tide has seriously threatened the safety of water supply in Shenzhen,Dongguan and other places.In the operation of ensuring the safety of water supply,Xinfengjiang Reservoir has operated below the dead water level for 25 days.In order to ensure the safety of water supply in the Dongjiang delta area such as Shenzhen under extreme climate conditions,the drought warning water level of Xinfengjiang Reservoir is calculated by the method of reverse sequence recurrence by stages.Taking the dry year of 2020-2021 as an example,it compares and analyzes the change of the guarantee degree of discharge in Dongjiang River basin by setting the drought alarm level.The research shows that setting the drought alarm level and reasonably optimizing and adjusting the operation mode of the reservoir can improve the discharge compliance rate of the Bolo section of Dongjiang River Basin,and improve the water resources allocation ability and anti-risk ability of Dongjiang River basin,and also improve the security of water supply in the Dongjiang Delta region.
