摘　　要：珠江三角洲水资源配置工程罗田泵站安装4台安德里茨公司制造的立式抽芯离心泵,该文结合工程使用条件,介绍了水泵的结构,结合现场安装出现的问题提出了安装上应注意的关键点;其次,介绍水泵变速运行下模型试验和真机试验的过程,并对结果进行了分析,试验结果表明,所采用水泵模型的效率、流量、扬程、压力脉动、空化系数等主要水力性能指标符合招标要求,真机试验中测绘的流量-扬程曲线与模型试验相符,真机效率优于模型效率0.3%,认为数值基本合理,偏大的原因是取用的电机效率低于实际效率的缘故。Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project Luotian pumping station installs 4 sets of vertical pumping core centrifugal pumps made by ANDRITZ.Group The paper introduces the structure of the pumps in the context of the project conditions,and proposes key points to be noted on installation in the context of the problems occurring in the field installation;secondly,it introduces the process of the model test and the real test of the pumps under the variable-speed operation and analyses the results,which show that the main hydraulic performance indexes such as efficiency,flow,head,pressure pulsation,cavitation coefficient and so on,of the pumps used are in line with the tender requirements.Model efficiency,flow,head,pressure pulsation,cavitation coefficient and other major hydraulic performance indicators in line with the bidding requirements,the real test in the flow-head curve with the model test in line with the real efficiency is better than the model efficiency of 0.3%,that the value is basically reasonable,the reason for the bias is to take the motor efficiency is lower than the actual efficiency of the cause.
