超深动水环境下模袋混凝土护岸施工技术

摘　　要：为解决超深动水环境下模袋混凝土护岸施工安全风险高、质量控制差且效率低下等技术难题,以广东省西江干流治理工程——高要区标段项目为研究对象,结合工程水下护岸施工特点,参考类似项目中护岸工程的施工方法,通过方案比选,决定采用先灌后铺法新工艺进行模袋混凝土施工。该工艺采用一种新型施工设备——深水护岸摊铺船,进行模袋混凝土全过程水上充灌和水下精准沉放摊铺,护岸工程施工质量和施工安全得到有效保证,施工效率显著提升,可供类似工程项目借鉴参考。In order to solve the technical problems such as high safety risk,poor quality control and low efficiency in the construction of mould bag concrete revetment under ultra-deep moving water environment,the research object is the Guangdong Province Xijiang Main Stream Treatment Project-Gaoyao District Bid Section Project.Combined with the characteristics of the underwater revetment construction of this project,referring to the construction methods of revetment works in similar projects,through the comparison and selection of plans,it is decided to adopt the new process of pouring first and then laying to carry out the construction of form-bag concrete.This process adopts a new type of construction equipment,a deep-water revetment paving vessel,to perform the whole process of overwater filling and underwater precise laying and paving of the mould bag concrete.The construction quality and construction safety of the revetment project are effectively guaranteed,and the construction efficiency is significantly improved.It can be used as a reference for similar projects.
