摘 要:针对多相共聚聚丙烯在应用中出现的韧性不足、刚性偏高、橡胶尺寸分布偏大等问题,采用弹性体对其进行改性,研究弹性体类型对聚丙烯性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:不同类型弹性体对聚丙烯的性能影响不同,乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)可以明显改善聚丙烯低温韧性,但是对刚性的降低程度不如丙烯-乙烯共聚物(POP);POP可大幅降低聚丙烯刚性,但对其低温韧性改善不明显;聚丙烯热塑性弹性体对聚丙烯性能影响最小;将POE与POP复合改性聚丙烯,可以有效改善聚丙烯的性能。Elastomer modification was carried out to solve the problems of insufficient toughness,high rigidity and large size of dispersed phase during the application of multiphase copolymerized polypropylene.The effects of the type of elastomers on the properties and microstructure of polypropylene were studied.The results show that different elastomers have different effects on the properties of polypropylene.Ethylene-1-octene(POE)can obviously improve the low-temperature toughness of products,but its reduction to rigidity of polypropylene is not as good as that of propylene-ethylene copolymer(POP).POP can greatly reduce the rigidity of polypropylene,but fails to improve its low-temperature toughness.Polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer has the least effect on the properties of polypropylene.POE and POP can be used to modify polypropylene compositely to improve its properties effectively.
