摘　　要：以海宁观潮节为例,在道路网极不完善的乡村,解决大规模观潮活动的交通疏散问题。针对该类活动的特点,提出了时间上、空间上以及时空结合的多种削峰填谷措施,有效地缓解了退场人群在时空上的过分集中,在实践中取得了良好的效果,可为类似交通设施薄弱地区举办大型活动提供参考。This paper takes the Haining Tide Festival as an example to solve the traffic evacuation problem of large-scale tide watching activities in the countryside where the road network is very imperfect.For the characteristics of this kind of activities,the article puts forward a variety of measures to cut peaks and fill valleys in time,space,and time-space combination,which effectively alleviates the excessive concentration of the retreating crowds in time and space,and achieves good results in practice,which can provide a reference for similar large-scale activities held in areas with weak transportation facilities.
