摘 要:以高比表面积SiC为载体,采用液相还原法制备了Pd/SiC催化剂,通过XRD,TEM,XPS等方法对催化剂进行了表征,研究了Pd/SiC催化剂催化苯乙酮加氢反应的性能,探讨了催化过程中SiC表面对苯乙酮的活化作用。实验结果表明,3%(w)Pd/SiC催化剂可在室温和常压H_(2)条件下高效催化苯乙酮加氢反应,反应4 h后苯乙酮转化率和1-苯乙醇选择性均能达到95%以上。TEM和XRD表征结果显示,Pd颗粒在SiC表面分散均匀,颗粒平均尺寸约3.1 nm。催化剂稀释实验结果表明,SiC载体表面可以吸附并活化苯乙酮,催化过程中苯乙酮在SiC表面活化,H_(2)在Pd表面解离产生活性氢,活性氢溢流到SiC表面与苯乙酮发生加氢反应。Pd catalysts supported on high specific surface area SiC were prepared using a liquid phase reduction method and characterized by XRD,TEM,XPS.The performance of Pd/SiC catalysts in the acetophenone hydrogenation reaction was studied,and the activation role of the SiC surface in the catalytic process was discussed.The results indicated that the 3%(w)Pd/SiC catalyst effectively catalyzed the acetophenone hydrogenation reaction at room temperature and atmospheric H_(2)pressure,achieving both acetophenone conversion and 1-phenylethanol selectivity above 95%after 4 h of reaction.TEM and XRD results showed that Pd particles were uniformly dispersed on the SiC surface,with an average particle size of approximately 3.1 nm.Catalyst dilution experiments demonstrated that the SiC support could adsorb and activate acetophenone.During the catalytic process,acetophenone is activated on the SiC surface,while H_(2)is dissociated on the Pd surface to produce active hydrogen,and the active hydrogen spills over to the SiC surface to react with the activated acetophenone.
