摘 要:电动汽车的快速发展对汽车轮胎提出更高的技术要求,轮胎中橡胶原料的选择对提升轮胎性能具有至关重要的作用。研究了稀土顺丁橡胶在电动汽车轮胎中的应用。实验结果表明,中国石化燕山石化公司生产的稀土顺丁橡胶Nd40制备的胎面胶的基本物理机械性能优异,滚动阻力低于国外稀土顺丁橡胶A1和国产镍系顺丁橡胶BR9000。使用Nd40制备的胎侧胶强度高、生热低、屈挠龟裂性能优异,有利于延长轮胎寿命。使用Nd40制备的205/55R1691V型电动汽车轮胎滚阻性能达到A级,制备的235/45ZR1898W型电动汽车轮胎湿路面抓着性能达到B级、滚阻性能为C级,满足国内电动车厂商的要求。The rapid development of electric vehicles poses higher technical requirements for automotive tires.The selection of rubber raw materials in tires plays a crucial role in enhancing tire performance.This study investigated the application of rare earth cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber in electric vehicle tires.The results indicate that the tread compound prepared from rare earth cis-1,4-polybutadiene Nd40,produced by Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical company,exhibits excellent basic physical and mechanical properties,with rolling resistance lower than foreign-made rare earth cis-1,4-polybutadiene A1 and domestically produced nickel-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene BR9000.The sidewall compound prepared from Nd40 exhibits high strength,low heat build-up,and excellent flex-crack resistance,contributing to an enhanced tire lifespan.The electric vehicle tire 205/55R1691V prepared by using rare earth cis-1,4-polybutadiene Nd40 attains a class A rolling resistance.The electric vehicle tire 235/45ZR1898W prepared by using rare earth cis-1,4-polybutadiene Nd40 achieves a class B wet grip performance,with a class C rolling resistance that meets the requirements of domestic electric vehicle manufacturers.
