摘 要:烷氧基镁为载体制备的Ziegler-Natta催化剂具有制备工艺简单、催化活性高、形貌易调控的特点,广泛应用于聚丙烯生产装置中。综述了烷氧基镁载体及其制备的聚丙烯催化剂的研究进展,分析了现有工艺中影响载体、催化剂性能的因素,总结了目前工业技术中应用于烷氧基镁聚丙烯催化剂的内外给电子体,展望了烷氧基镁载体及其催化剂的研究方向和方法。The Ziegler-Natta catalyst prepared with magnesium alkoxide as a carrier has been widely used in polypropylene production due to its simple preparation process,high catalytic activity,and easily controlled morphology.This paper reviewed the research progress in magnesium alkoxide carriers and the polypropylene catalysts prepared from them,analyzed the factors affecting the performance of carriers and catalysts,and summarized both internal and external electron donors involved in the state-of-art industrial technology for preparing polypropylene catalysts with magnesium alkoxide.Additionally,the paper prospected future research directions and methods of magnesium alkoxide carriers and the catalysts prepared from them.
