摘　　要：作为日本产业技术创新加速器的日本新能源产业技术综合开发机构集结“政—产—学”各方职能,以“强化产业技术力”与“解决能源暨地球环境问题”为主要任务,致力于发掘未来产业核心技术种子、强化中长期产业竞争力根基以及研究成果实用化。在介绍该机构的历史沿革、职能定位、研发领域、组织架构、运营情况等背景信息的基础上,整理分析了该机构特色的运营模式和案例。基于此,从科研管理,“政—产—学”协调、国际合作等方面总结了该机构的成功经验,为我国进一步完善自身的科技创新体系,实现产业升级转型和可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。As Japan’s industrial technology innovation accelerator,new energy industrial technology development organization gathers officials,industries and universities,with the main task of“strengthening industrial technology”and“solving energy and earth environmental problems”,and is committed to exploring the seeds of future industrial core technologies,strengthening the foundation of medium and long-term industrial competitiveness,and the practical application of research results.On the basis of introducing the background information of the institution,such as its history,function positioning,research and development fields,organizational structure and operation,this paper attempts to sort out and analyze the characteristic operation mode and cases of the institution.Based on this,the successful experience of the institute is summarized from the aspects of scientific research management,government-industry-academic coordinatio n,international cooperation,etc.,which provides reference and reference for China to further improve its own science and technology innovation system and realize industrial upgrading and transformation and sustainable development.
