摘　　要：船舶交通管理(VTS)人员被称为水上交警,负责辖区的水上交通安全,必须时刻保持警惕以面对随时可能发生的危险局面,因此容易引发心理压力过大和遭受心理创伤等问题,这引起了国际航标协会(IALA)的关注。通过调查分析中国海事系统VTS从业人员心理压力和创伤现状,对制定“处理VTS从业人员心理压力和创伤指南”进行了初步探索,并对指南的具体框架和核心内容提出建议。The vessel traffic service(VTS)personnel,also known as the maritime traffic police,are responsible for the water traffic safety in the area under jurisdiction.They must keep alert to the dangerous situation that may happen at any time,which may cause psychological stress and problems such as psychological trauma,drawing attention from the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities(IALA).Based on an investigation and analysis of the current situation of psychological stress and trauma of VTS practitioners in the maritime administrative system in China,this paper makes a preliminary study on the development of Guidance for Handling Psychological Stress and Trauma of VTS Practitioners,and provides suggestions on the specific framework and core content of the guidance.
