摘 要:选取剥皮前后的杏木为原料,采用硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆并测定所得纸浆的性能,综合评估了杏木作为制浆造纸原料的可行性。结果表明,杏木密度高于一般阔叶木,同时其纤维长度更短,打浆前后杏木浆手抄片的裂断长、撕裂指数和耐破指数等物理强度指标均低于一般阔叶木,但松厚度较好。综合分析,杏木制浆得率低,成浆性能差,但松厚度表现较好,整体而言制浆性能中等偏下,但可作为对松厚度要求高、对机械性能要求较低的造纸用材。The Armeniaca Vulgaris wood before and after peeling was selected as raw material,and kraft pulping method was used to prepare pulp.The properties of the pulp were measured,and the feasibility of Armeniaca Vulgaris wood as raw material for pulping and papermaking was comprehensively evaluated.The experimental results show that the density of Armeniaca Vulgaris wood is higher than that of general hardwood,and its fiber length is shorter.The physical strength indexes such as breaking length,tear index and burst index of Armeniaca Vulgaris wood pulp hand-sheets before and after beating are lower than those of general hardwood chemical pulp hand-sheets,but the bulkiness is better.Through comprehensive analysis,the pulp yield of Armeniaca Vulgaris wood is low,the pulp performance is poor,but the bulkiness is better.Overall,the pulp performance is lower than the average,but it can be used as a papermaking material with high requirements for bulkiness and low requirements for mechanical properties.
