摘 要:随着信息技术的进步,高校人事档案管理的数据化已成为提升管理效率、保护档案资料、实现资源共享的必然趋势。当前,高校人事档案数据安全治理还面临一些困境,比如治理体系设计理念缺乏生态的价值导向、制度设计缺乏明确的实践标准、技术管理缺乏有针对性的的安全策略体系及人员素质不足以适应数据化要求等。对此,提出了针对化的解决策略,包括引入生态治理理念、完善细化相关制度内容、建立安全技术策略体系及优化用人培养机制。未来新技术环境下,高校应持续关注档案数据化建设和数据治理领域的最新动态和技术趋势,不断完善和优化现有的数据化建设路径,调整数据安全治理策略,以适应新的技术挑战和需求变化。With the advancement of information technology,the dataization of personnel archive management in higher education institutions has become an inevitable trend for enhancing management efficiency,protecting archive materials,and achieving resource sharing.There are still difficulties in security governance of personnel archive data in universities,such as:The design concept of the governance system lacks an ecological value orientation.The system design lacks clear practical standards.Technical management lacks targeted security strategy systems,and personnel quality is insufficient to meet the requirements of digitization.Targeted solutions have been proposed that includs introducing the concept of ecological governance,improving and refining relevant system contents,establishing a security technology strategy system,and optimizing personnel training mechanisms.In new technological environment,higher education institutions should maintain a continuous focus on the latest developments and technological trends in the realms of archival data construction and data governance.They should incessantly refine and optimize existing paths of data construction and data security strategies to adapt to emerging technological challenges and changing demands.
