摘　　要：作为新时代马克思主义中国化文化领域的最新理论成果,习近平文化思想的突出特征表现在坚持人民性、党性和时代性,强调自信自强与守正创新,促进物质文明和精神文明协调发展。作为一个完整体系,这一思想有着独特系统功能:通过强调“第二个结合”为塑造中华民族文化主体性提供了共同价值的指引;作为中华优秀传统文化与马克思主义基本原理的继承与创新,勾勒出“七个着力”的实践路径。这一思想为新时代中华民族的文化自信自强提供了强有力的理论支撑,突出全人类共同价值和人类文明新形态的重要地位,致力于推动人类文明的加速交流与互鉴。As a theoretical system,Xi Jinping Cultural thought has obvious characteristics:upholding the principles of people-first,the Party-guided and staying abreast with the times;emphasizing confidence,self-improvement,and innovation;focusing on coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The thought bears systematic function:by emphasizing"the Second Combination",it provides a value guidance for shaping the subjectivity of Chinese national culture;as an inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional Chinese culture and the basic principles of Marxism,it outlines the practical path of"Seven Focuses".The thought provides strong theoretical support for the cultural confidence and self-improvement of the Chinese nation in the new era,highlights the important position of the common values of all mankind and the new form of human civilization,and aims to accelerate communication and mutual learning of human civilization.
