摘  要:为了适应烟叶采收的需要,设计了一种高效可靠的烟叶采收机运动控制系统。系统利用先进的传感器技术、自动控制算法、人机对话接口,实现了对烟叶的准确定位、采摘机自主导航及智能采收。为验证系统的作业性能,对系统进行了仿真分析。结果表明,系统具有较好的作业效能。现场试验表明,采用本系统可有效地降低人工劳动强度,有效地提高烟叶采收的效率与品质。In order to meet the needs of tobacco harvesting,an efficient and reliable motion control system for tobacco harvesting machines was designed.The system mainly utilized advanced sensor technology,automatic control algo-rithms and human-machine dialogue interfaces to achieve accurate positioning,autonomous navigation and intelligent harvesting of tobacco leaves.To verify the effectiveness of the system,simulation analysis was conducted on the system,and the results showed that the system had good performance.On site experiments had shown that the use of this system could effectively reduce manual labor intensity and improve the efficiency and quality of tobacco harvesting.
