摘　　要：在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的新征程上,广大领导干部要全面练就推进中国式现代化的高强本领。具体而言就是:在认识能力上,要搞懂底层逻辑,提升认知水平;在思维方式上,要兼具理性感性,以理性控制感性,并以实践求真知,善总结常借鉴增悟性;在工作方法上,要善于运用正确方法论解决问题;在素质修养上,要努力提升基本素质和综合素质;在能力建设上,努力提升获得能力的能力。On the new journey to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization,all leading officials should be highly competent for its advancement.To be specific,they should understand the underlying logic and improve their cognitive level in terms of cognitive ability;be both rational and sensible,control sensibility with rationality,seek true knowledge through practice,and be adept in summarizing,drawing inspiration and enhancing comprehension in terms of thinking mode;be good at adopting correct methodology to solve problems in terms of work approaches;work hard to improve basic and comprehensive qualities in terms of quality cultivation;and strive to enhance the ability to acquire skills in terms of capacity building.
