摘 要:大多数急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)都是由不稳定斑块导致的冠状动脉血栓栓塞引起的。尽管及时开通了致病血管,但未阻塞血管中的易损斑块仍对患者的长期预后构成重大威胁。因此,动态评估冠心病患者易损斑块的变化尤为重要。腔内成像技术(IVUS和OCT)可直观、准确地显示易损斑块的不同特征,因此被广泛运用于临床。本文通过对比IVUS和OCT在观察冠状动脉易损斑块方面的优缺点,以此介绍腔内技术在提高精准医疗方面的进一步发展,并探讨了易损斑块的早期诊断和合理干预。Most acute coronary syndromes(ACS)are caused by coronary thromboembolism due to unstable plaque.Despite timely opening of the causative vessel,vulnerable plaque in unobstructed ves-sels still poses a significant threat to the long-term prognosis of patients.Therefore,it is particularly im-portant to dynamically assess changes in vulnerable plaque in patients with coronary artery disease.Intra-vascular imaging techniques(IVUS and OCT)are widely used in clinical practice because they can visu-ally and accurately display different features of vulnerable plaques.In this article,we compare the advan-tages and disadvantages of IVUS and OCT in the observation of vulnerable plaques in coronary arteries,thereby introducing the further development of endoluminal technology in improving precision medicine and discussing early diagnosis of vulnerable plaques and rational intervention.
